Can we help?

I’ve just received an “pass it on” email said to have been started by the uncle of Madeleine McCann.  I’ve also just read Simon Jenkins’ piece The British media does not do responsibility. It does stories in relation to the “frenzied reporting” on this case.

Sometimes reflecting on the role of public relations, social media and the news agenda seems trivial in the face of real human tragedy.  But at such times, the tools we use in our jobs may just make a difference.
